Well-rounded Nutrition, Fitness, and Motivation Program at FITFIL Fitness Boot Camp MOA



More than 200 participants joined the grand opening of FITFIL Fitness Boot Camp at SM Mall of Asia By the Bay yesterday. Newbies came in early and had their nutritional assessment from Nestle Wellness while returnees caught up with each other.

FITFIL Program Leader and Head Coach Jim Saret introduced the FITFIL MOA team comprised of three (3) groups: fitness, motivational, and nutrition. Coach Jim believes the 3 need to go hand-in-hand to provide a full fitness program experience.

The 3rd batch are set for a one-month exciting camp as they can expect the following in addition to the multi-varied workout per session:

1. Month long nutritional assessment from Nestle Wellness

For each session and online, there will be nutrition coaches involved who will be monitoring the eating habits of participants and give suggestions to help keep with their weight loss and waist line measurement goals.

2. Special activities

We have boxing and dragon boat activities set aside for this batch courtesy of the Philippine Boxing Team (November 25) and Triton Dragon Boat Racing Team (December 2).

3. Graduation requirements

To graduate from FITFIL Fitness Boot Camp, newbies are required to complete a 5k run on December 9 and the graduation workout on December 15. For returnees, the same applies except that the run on December 9 needs to be in the 10k category.
