Well-rounded Nutrition, Fitness, and Motivation Program at FITFIL Fitness Boot Camp MOA



More than 200 participants joined the grand opening of FITFIL Fitness Boot Camp at SM Mall of Asia By the Bay yesterday. Newbies came in early and had their nutritional assessment from Nestle Wellness while returnees caught up with each other.

FITFIL Program Leader and Head Coach Jim Saret introduced the FITFIL MOA team comprised of three (3) groups: fitness, motivational, and nutrition. Coach Jim believes the 3 need to go hand-in-hand to provide a full fitness program experience.

The 3rd batch are set for a one-month exciting camp as they can expect the following in addition to the multi-varied workout per session:

1. Month long nutritional assessment from Nestle Wellness

For each session and online, there will be nutrition coaches involved who will be monitoring the eating habits of participants and give suggestions to help keep with their weight loss and waist line measurement goals.

2. Special activities

We have boxing and dragon boat activities set aside for this batch courtesy of the Philippine Boxing Team (November 25) and Triton Dragon Boat Racing Team (December 2).

3. Graduation requirements

To graduate from FITFIL Fitness Boot Camp, newbies are required to complete a 5k run on December 9 and the graduation workout on December 15. For returnees, the same applies except that the run on December 9 needs to be in the 10k category.

the viper exercise gives me a hard time, i can't lift the viper(i had the bigger one), coach just ask me to do 10reps instead of 25..sabi nya kaya mo yan kahit konti angat lang, hirap pa din ako ako doing the 10reps. oh so frustrating..
i don't wan't to end the night frustrated, after the ab workout, i went to the viper and lift it, whoah this time i made it, i lift the viper do the exercise and completed the 300 workout.

Beginning October 1, the MILO 3in1 - APEX Running School: SEASON 5 will happen simultaneously at SM Mall of Asia, Quezon City Memorial Circle, and Bonifacio Global City High Street where enrolled participants can attend in any of the following locations.

I would like to thank Coach Jim and all the coaches who taught and trained mu for three months. It was a great training and I believe made us better runners. All coaches are good and kind and go out of their way to help with any of our questions or needs. I make special mention to Coach Danny who believed in us, taught and trained us well in QC Memorial Circle and Marikina for speed runs, gave us tips; was unselfish to write what my husband and I can do for continued training while we were in Davao and it was the last 5 days of the Milo Training. While he met with our group in QC Memorial Circle, Leo and I looked for places to run and follow his regimen in Davao. Thanks for the training. I’ve learned a lot especially the drills and strengthening exercises, I beliee my posture has improved but I really don’t know because I wasn’t taped running for the analysis. I didn’t participate last Milo Elims due to my inconsistent training for the last 3 weeks, but I believe I could perform much better. I just hope next season there will be a advance category for 42k. Honestly, I don’t know if 42k program is for first timers or for seasoned marathoners because before I joined Milo APEX, I’ve been doing already some of the exercises. Joining the Milo APEX Running School was one of the best decisions I have made which reinforced my goal to be healthier and get fitter because I acquired Diabetes type II when I reached 40 years old. I have been running, at a time played badminton, and practiced yoga at the same time to achieve my goal. Congratulations FITFIL Cebu and BGC Ambassadors - 1st batch

FITFIL Manila BGC participants made its 5k run at PNCGEPAI Takbo

Last July 22, more than a hundred FITFIL Manila BGC participants joined the 1st PNCGEPAI Takbo Para sa Kinabukasan 5k category. What made the run exciting is that most FITFIL participants ran for the first time. This is to meet the Certified FITFIL graduation requirement of finishing a 5k run and successfully perform the 500 circuit workout this July 27.
