Join MILO® 3in1 - APEX Running Clinic 2012

NOTE: REGISTRATION is still ongoing for Level 1. On-site registration at Runnr (Trinoma and Bonifacio Global City Branch 1 pm to 6 pm), Toby's Sports (EDSA Shangri-la Mandaluyong 1 pm to 6 pm) is still ongoing. We will also accept registrants at the actual event.

On its 3rd year, we are bringing you the 4th MILO 3in1 - APEX Running School happening simultaneously at Bonifacio Global City High Street (grounds) and Quezon City Memorial Circle with the following schedule:
  • Quezon City Memorial Circle
    May 7 - July 29 (3 months)

    Monday and Wednesday - 6 pm to 8pm and Saturday 5:30 am to 7:30 am
  • Bonifacio Global City High Street
    May 8 to July 29 (3 months)

    Tuesday and Thursday - 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday 5:30 am to 7:30 am
Activity per session:

MONDAY and TUESDAYS are usually "Recovery Day (as most joined a run the previous Sunday). It's 10% Running Science Lecture, 50% injury prevention, strength and conditioning training, 30% easy / recovery run, 10% post run recovery / cool down stretching.

WEDNESDAY and THURSDAYS are "Serious Training Day" 10% lec, 20% strength training and conditioning, 60% training runs, 10% cool down / recovery.

SATURDAYS are "Long Easy Mileage Runs" No Strength and Conditioning. No lecture. Just easy Mileage Runs. You are welcome to join any day that fits your schedule.

The running clinic has 6 categories that will fit your running level such as:
  • 5k Group (for beginners / newbies) 
  • 10k Beginners (for beginning 10k runners) 
  • 21k Beginner (for beginning 21k runners) 
  • 10k Advance (for those who have been running 10K) 
  • 21k Advance (for serious 21k runners) 
  • 42k Group (for those who are ready to run the marathon)
Participants also need to choose the level they are interested in participating. Price is P600 per level. Or P1800 for all 3 levels.
  • Level 1 - The biomechanics and science behind running (Runners body / injury prevention training) - 12 sessions (May 7 / 8 to June 2, 2012).
    To graduate:
    • Finisher in one official race.
    • Attended 60% of the classes (7/12)
  • Level 2 - Optimal performance training for runners (Strength and conditioning) - 12 sessions (June 4 / 5 to June 30, 2012)
    To graduate:
    • Have finished Level 1 requirements
    • Beat current personal record (PR) in 1 official race
    • Attended 60% of the classes (7/12)
  • Level 3 - Advance optimal performance enhancement training (Advance strength and conditioning / flexibility) - 12 sessions (July 2 / 3 to July 28 / 29, 2012)
    To graduate:
    • Have finished Level 2 requirements
    • Must register a SUB-60 in an official 10k race or must register a time of SUB-20 in an official 21k race.
    • Must be an official finisher of a MILO Race (10k, 21k, 42k).
Slots are limited to 150 participants per venue. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
