Feedback from Season 4

I had so much fun! Learned a lot and gained some knowledge. Also having new friends is the best of all”- Mark Chico; 21k Beginner

I had fun though training was cut short because of the rains but generally helped me in my Ironman run in Cebu. I will definitely attend the other trainings to come!”- Marc Anthony Villanueva; 21k Advance

I would like to thank Coach Jim and all the coaches who taught and trained mu for three months. It was a great training and I believe made us better runners. All coaches are good and kind and go out of their way to help with any of our questions or needs. I make special mention to Coach Danny who believed in us, taught and trained us well in QC Memorial Circle and Marikina for speed runs, gave us tips; was unselfish to write what my husband and I can do for continued training while we were in Davao and it was the last 5 days of the Milo Training. While he met with our group in QC Memorial Circle, Leo and I looked for places to run and follow his regimen in Davao. He taught us never to give up, believe that kaya naming yan, and to stay positive and make sure our mind will win over challenges. So thanks a lot for everything!”- Ammi Armas; 42k

I’m so happy to be part of Season 4. I would like to thank Coach Jim and all the Coaches especially Coach Cresenciano Sabal (our team coach) for the job well done. I’m proud to say that I am Fitter, Faster, and Stronger Runner! And it’s all because of you, Milo APEX Clinic Team. Congratulations! Please save us slots for the next season because I even inspired and convinced my husband, relatives, and friends to join the most effective way of training and with the most affordable fee ever!”- Janette Villanueva; 21k Beginner

It was great! Milo APEX showed me how to train properly, how to strengthen our body, taught us endurance, both physically and mentally. In fact, my ITB doesn’t bother me anymore. My body recovers more quickly. My stamina is better. On top of that, I way bested my PR! Kudos to Coach Dan. And there’ more, I got to meet new friends with the same earnest passion in running. Thank you Milo APEX!”- Homer Del Rosario; 42k

The Milo PAEX Running Clinic did not only teach me the science behind running, it also taught me discipline, hard work, and perseverance. Most importantly, it gave e the gift of friendship also known as the “Team Ice Cream”” - Ardee Dandoy; 10k Beginner

Thanks for the training. I’ve learned a lot especially the drills and strengthening exercises, I beliee my posture has improved but I really don’t know because I wasn’t taped running for the analysis. I didn’t participate last Milo Elims due to my inconsistent training for the last 3 weeks, but I believe I could perform much better. I just hope next season there will be a advance category for 42k. Honestly, I don’t know if 42k program is for first timers or for seasoned marathoners because before I joined Milo APEX, I’ve been doing already some of the exercises. So I really can’t say if the program is suited for my current fitness level. And I really like Coach Sid, the way he trains us, he always push our limits. I don’t know if I’ve performed better if he handled the whole 42k training. Yeah, I hope I could join the next season; I really want to see my improvements then. I’m still looking forward to it, so Thank You. Keep Running!"- Edwin Fernandez; 42k

Joining the Milo APEX Running School was one of the best decisions I have made which reinforced my goal to be healthier and get fitter because I acquired Diabetes type II when I reached 40 years old. I have been running, at a time played badminton, and practiced yoga at the same time to achieve my goal. Blood sugar was controlled, hemoglobin A1c becomes normal and I know that I was on the right track. But there was no clear direction I was following as to whether I was running correctly, the importance of warming up and cooling down, recovery runs and stretching. Milo APEX Running School has taught me a lot of things which helped me correct all those mistakes I unknowingly commit. The recent season which I joined provided me with tons of valuable information allowing me to see the “Old ME” as compared with the “New ME”, thanks to my persevering coaches, and supportive teammates who were always encouraging me to push my limits. Salamat! Salamat! Definitely I am joining next season. See you guys!”- Gloria Silvestre-Tatad; 10k Beginner

For me joining the Milo APEX Clinic was a great experience. The drills/ workout make my core, legs stronger and as a result my speed improved tremendously. Although my time was short to qualify for the National Finals, I was able to beat my previous PR in full marathon. Looking forward to join the Clinic again next season.”- Calvin John Escandor; 42k

Milo APEX is a great way to improve yourself in running not only physically but also in a mental way. Coaches plus all drills and talks combined did help all of us runners. After APEX, I bet my 1st marathon by 14 minutes! Thank APEX! See you next year!”- Jennylee Malijan’ 42k

I learned lot from Milo, I love the TM’s (Team Managers) and the Coaches very supportive more than ever, I will definitely enroll again!”- Aurelli Habacon; 5k
